Black Eyed Peas. Ring-a-Ling.
Featured on the Blingy Spinners and All In Workout Playlist.
The entire Black Eyed Peas album, The End, is worthy of download - and it's filled with workout worthy music too (as I mentioned here). We already made Let the Beat Rock a Workout Song of the Day, and another song that has been burning up our playlists is Ring-a-Ling. Buy it on iTunes or Amazon.com.
Major Lazer ft. Ms. Thing. When You Hear the Bassline.
Featured on the Summer Juice and Bouncy House Workout Playlist.
You all should know by now that I love my reggae (being from Jamaica), and I also love house/ electronic music. Combine the two, do it well, and I will play your songs forever! That's why I can't stop playing Major Lazer's album, Guns Don't Kill People ... Lazers Do. These songs are great to workout to, and one of my faves is When You Hear the Bassline. Check it out below ... and like the song says, "when you hear the bassline, gyal don't joke around." I mean, get to working out - the song of course, says to do something else. Buy it on iTunes or Amazon.com.
Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weights.
Where did the first half of the year go?! It's crazy how time seems like it's flying sometimes, and I know for me, I know the 1st half of the year could have been better. I'm still not as consistent with my workouts as I would like to be. So for the next month, August, I'm doing a 31 days of Working Out Challenge - I'm working out every damn day! It's going down, as 8Ball & MJG say on the first song of this workout playlist (more details later). Speaking of which - this is another insane mix. I know it's a little hardcore - but it's for the weights room where it's supposed to be intense. The common theme is "Doing" not Talking - and not worrying about other people ... or not worrying about other people worrying about you. Check out the songs below, and don't forget to rate it too, so I can know what's working for you guys and what's not!

Music: Dance || Workout: Interval.
This playlist is for an interval treadmill workout - but not the walk, run, walk, run type like All In Workout Playlist. This is more the "run fast, faster, slower, faster, slower, faster" type. It starts out with a slower pace song, Mojito Song (Robert Abigail), then speeds up with Pull Up (Groove Armada), slows down a little with Just Let Go (Reina), speeds up again with On the Dancefloor (David Guetta), then slows down, speeds up and so on.
This workout playlist is seriously banging, so check out the Grooveshark playlist below - sorry there are a few songs missing at the end, so you need to head over to iTunes to get the rest - you won't be sorry - I promise! And don't forget to rate it below too.
