Blast It 20 Minute Treadmill Run

Tired of doing the same thing all the time on the treadmill? Then try the fun 20 minute interval run. It features short bursts of speed, followed by a rest period - and then you do it again.

  • 0-8 minutes. Run like the wind for 8 minutes. Speed 7.0.
  • 8-10 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes. Speed 4.0.
  • 10-15 minutes. Faster - you can do it for 5 minutes. Speed 7.5.
  • 15-17 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes. Speed 4.0.
  • 17-20 minutes. Blast it for 3 minutes! Speed 8.0.
  • Slow down. Cool down. You did great!

The treadmill speeds are just a suggestion. Adjust it to your comfort level, but the point of this interval is to test yourself and push it, so don't make it too easy.
