Gunning It With Nike Training Club Workout App (End of Week 2)

Working Out the Biceps & Back

I've been loving getting in a morning workout with the Nike Training Club Workout App (did I mention it's a FREE download). After week 2, I've gotten into a rhythm of waking up, eating breakfast and then doing the workout, and I'm happy to say, I'm beginning to notice a more defined look to my biceps, back, and an ab muscle or 2 trying to poke out - I've been alternating the Get Toned and Get Strong workouts of the fitness app.

Working Out the Biceps & Back

I must confess that I was suffering from workout burn out before I started using the NTC Workout App - I was a bit tired of all the running, biking & swimming plus all the mental stuff with what to do on what day. But thanks to the app, I finally felt like my old motivated self, and have started back up with running or cycling in the evenings. If you haven't tried the Nike Training Club Workout App - get on it!
