Recap of Week 4 with the NTC app

For the 3 weeks prior, I was using the Get Toned and Get Strong workouts of the app, but this week I tried workouts from the Get Focused section. These workouts are about 15 minutes long - and trust me - 15 minutes of ab workouts is plenty! I've started running and biking again on a regular basis, so I added in the ab workout after my sweat sessions - and my abs which I haven't focused on in months, have been sore everyday ... but a good kind of sore - a "thanks for finally showing me some love but you're not getting off easy" kind of sore.
In case I haven't made myself clear - the Nike Training Club Workout App is awesome! If you were in a workout rut like I was, it's a great way to get you started up again - that's what it has done for me.
