Getting It Done with the Nike Training Club Workout App (End of Week 4) and Your Chance to Win an iPad2

I'm still chugging along with the Nike Training Club Workout App (free download). In week 1 and week 2, I was all about the Get Toned and Get Strong workouts, but for the last 2 weeks, I've been focused on making me some abs using the Get Focused section of the workouts. And let me tell you - I'm still feeling the burn. I can feel some muscle making going on and I love it!

I didn't do much else other than the NTC workouts this week - and I almost didn't even get to that because I was feeling like there was so much to do (house renovations going on). Then, I saw the video below. Needless to say - I got my butt in gear and got stuff done!

The NTC app is pretty darn sweet, and I've said it before and I'll say it again - this is the best if you are training to get into a regular workout routine - not so much pressure; and it's also good if, like me, you let the weight training drop by the wayside in favor of more cardiovascular activities.

And don't forget to check out the Make Yourself Sweepstakes. where you can enter for a chance to win an iPad2 complete with the Nike Training Club app and COOL Nike gear including the Legend Pant, Victory Bra, and Free XT Motion Fit+! Visit MakeYourselfSweepstakes.com for more details.
