Weekly Workout Plan (Jul 26 - Aug 1, 2010)

Week of July 26 - August 1, 2010. This week, I'm going to try Yoga class to see if I like it. Tried Yoga before, but I really wasn't into it.

Mon: Step + Group Power class
Tue: Run + Leg weights workout + Swim
Wed: Yoga + Run + Upper Body weights (back, biceps & shoulders)
Thu: Run + Upper Body weights (chest, triceps, shoulders)
Fri: Legs weights + Group Power + Vinyasa Yoga
Sat: Step + Cycling
Sun: Yoga + Run + Swim
(Abs daily)
