IntheGym.net offers Workout Playlists of different genres, from hip hop to rock, and suited to different workouts like running and elliptical. Our goal is to help you discover new workout songs. A new playlist is posted every Tuesday and Friday and you can rock out to the Workout Song of the Day on the other days. All our playlists can also be found at our spot on iTunes icon.

This site was launched by Tanya Patrice, editor of Iateapie.net, Healthy 'diet' Food Reviews website, and Food Chemist extraordiannaire! I use an iPod, and every week I empty it of any music not on a playlist. At the gym I run (hate it but it's a necessity), weight train and kick butt in racquetball. Outside of the gym I take Tae Kwon Do (yellow belt).
