suited to different workouts like
running and
elliptical. Our goal is to help you discover new workout songs.
A new playlist is posted every Tuesday and Friday and you can rock out to the
Workout Song of the Day on the other days.

Food Chemist extraordiannaire! I use an iPod, and every week I empty it of any music not on a playlist. At the gym I run (hate it but it's a necessity), weight train
and kick butt in racquetball. Outside of the gym I take Tae Kwon Do (yellow belt).
