Guide to Workout Gloves
Wednesday: Jul 18, 2007
What to look for when you are buying exercise gloves
Double stitching
. This helps your gloves last longer.
Padding
. There should be some, but not too thick as this will adversely affect your grip.
Washable
. All that dirt and sweat needs to be removed with a good washing regularly!
Wrist support
. Not a must, but if you lift heavy weights then this will provide more support.
Recommendations
Harbinger 140 Pro with Wrist Wrap for $14.99
(pictured above on the left). Harbinger gloves are very popular with bodybuilders.
Valeo Ocelot Lifting Gloves for $17.99
(pictured in the middle). I actually own these and I am quite pleased with them.
Valeo Meshback Lifting Gloves for $6.50
(pictured on the right). These are the cheapest of the bunch, but with good ratings on Amazon.
