These hard hitting hiphop songs will help get the heart rate up and draw attention away from the pain of the last few reps of whatever exercise you're doing - for me, it has to be those darn lunges that just seem to kill my legs. My favorite song on this playlist is probably the first one, You Know What It Is (T.I. & Wyclef) - but they are all hot!
