The 1st indication that this is going to be a "big, bad, wicked" workout music playlist is when the first song starts assaulting your ear drums. The 2nd indication ... well, that's when the next song hits you good and proper! It's all over at that point as the tunes just keep coming harder and harder. I've been listening to this playlist over and over for the last few days - I needed some "hard" tunes to help me tough it out with some long workouts - triathlon training is no joke! I wish I had a coach to help motivate me, but until then, thank goodness for these workout playlists!
