Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weights.
I made this playlist for when you're knocking out The Big Bad Biceps Challenge. Even if you're not doing that workout - 5x for a week is pretty intense - this playlist will make a good companion to any weights workout. But let me warn you - the songs on this playlist got some ... foul language. Sometimes, it's the gritty, grimy, dirty songs that get me crushing the weights!
I already did Day 1 of the The Big Bad Biceps Challenge, and it's really the abs part that had me shaking - my core must be pretty week because holding a plank for 60 seconds is tough! Oh - and side note - I had a pretty decent 5K run over the weekend (listened to the Under Fire Workout Playlist the entire race). My time was 29:47 - which I was pleased with, although I know I can do better.
