This playlist is not work friendly - it's a little grimey (meaning some songs have got some cussin' words in there). I rocked it out to this while doing my legs workout over the weekend. I always start listening to music when it's time to get ready for the gym to get psyched up - and it helps banish thoughts of not going! I even found some new favorite songs while making this - the "Let the Beat Rock" remix is sic!
