With running 4x a week plus swimming, I haven't been able to see much of the weights room which is pretty sad. My previous routine was to run for 20-30 minutes followed by an hour long sweaty lifting session - and I miss it. So I made this playlist to help get me back into it, and hopefully all you folks who own the weights room will approve. And this playlist has some expletives - so let's not bump this one while you're at work.
