Since I cut down (or cut out) swimming workouts, there has been more time for weights, and hence, I've been a busy little bee creating playlists for these muscle-shaping sessions. This hip-hop mix grabs you from the beginning and will hold your attention right until the end. I can't even pick a favorite song because every tune is on repeat on my mp3 player. It's that ill, so make sure you listen below and then cop your favorite tunes at iTunes, Amazon or your favorite illegal download spot - I know y'all are doing that judging from the number of emails I get asking me why these playlists can't be downloaded!
