Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Running.
My 2nd half-marathon is coming up this Sunday (the Greater Danbury Half), so I've been trying out tunes to put on my iPod, and carry me through come race day. I discovered some new-to-me songs, and added a few favorites to add to my race day music - "Look at Me Now (Chris Brown)" is going to get repeated a zillion times - that song is fresh to death! And "My Own Step (Roscoe Dash)" is for the hills ... I need all the help I can get because I hear the course is hilly!! Of course, you don't have to be in a race to appreciate this workout playlist, so get to listening! Hope you like this one as much as I did.
