Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weight Training.
I was feeling a little nostalgic so I brought back some hip hop classics, like Ante Up (MOP) and Got 5 on It by Luniz. Talk about a fantastic workout playlist. Don't worry, lots of new songs are mixed in too to keep you interested - but sometimes, there's nothing like old school jams that you know the words to! That's the time I really rock out.
