Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weights.
My favorite types of music to listening to when hitting the weights at the gym are rock and hiphop - sorry, pop will just NOT cut it for this purpose! Since I was feeling a hip hop vibe, I went with it and this playlist is the result. It's hard core with a few Rick Ross and Wacka Flocka Flame dominating (ooh I hate that name), but my ladies represented too with Lotta Money (Diamond) and Willow Smith (Whip My Hair) - I don't really love that song, but the remix with Nicki Minaj is decent.
The holidays are fast approaching and I don't care what anyone else says, one reason I work out is to work off those holiday treats - more power to you if you don't have to worry about it. If you need a little extra motivation,, join a challenge on Daily Mile.
