Here's some hype hiphop songs to make your weight training go by that much quicker (or make it seem like it anyway). I had this on yesterday when I did my leg workout: leg press, leg extension (fave exercise), leg curl (least fave), squats, abduction & adduction plus lunges (ughh - hate). Yeah I was burning at the end, but still had to crank out a semi-decent ab workout.
