Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weights.
Where did the first half of the year go?! It's crazy how time seems like it's flying sometimes, and I know for me, I know the 1st half of the year could have been better. I'm still not as consistent with my workouts as I would like to be. So for the next month, August, I'm doing a 31 days of Working Out Challenge - I'm working out every damn day! It's going down, as 8Ball & MJG say on the first song of this workout playlist (more details later). Speaking of which - this is another insane mix. I know it's a little hardcore - but it's for the weights room where it's supposed to be intense. The common theme is "Doing" not Talking - and not worrying about other people ... or not worrying about other people worrying about you. Check out the songs below, and don't forget to rate it too, so I can know what's working for you guys and what's not!

Music: Dance || Workout: Interval.
This playlist is for an interval treadmill workout - but not the walk, run, walk, run type like All In Workout Playlist. This is more the "run fast, faster, slower, faster, slower, faster" type. It starts out with a slower pace song, Mojito Song (Robert Abigail), then speeds up with Pull Up (Groove Armada), slows down a little with Just Let Go (Reina), speeds up again with On the Dancefloor (David Guetta), then slows down, speeds up and so on.
This workout playlist is seriously banging, so check out the Grooveshark playlist below - sorry there are a few songs missing at the end, so you need to head over to iTunes to get the rest - you won't be sorry - I promise! And don't forget to rate it below too.
Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Running.
This workout playlist is so hot it's sizzling. Yeah - you know I'm on a Nicki Minaj kick, but I reeled myself in so you'll only see 1 song by her (Massive Attack) - the collaboration with Robin Thicke doesn't count - aaight?! But to make up for it, there are some hot new songs never featured on any other workout playlist before, like Get Big (Dorrough). It's really catchy - is it possible that I will play this as much as Ice Cream Paint Job featured on Jamming to the Beats, Groove Session and Jonesing for the Gym workout playlists?! Not likely, but you'll probably see it again. And unfortunately, 3 of the songs in the tracklist aren't on the Grooveshark playlist (that we use so you can hear the full song), so you have to listen to the 30 second sample on iTunes - sorry!!
Enjoy! And let us know what you think by rating this playlist below and leaving a comment with your favorite song.

Music: Pop || Workout: Interval.
The "Interval" workout music section doesn't get much attention for some reason, but I'm changing all that today. I made this workout playlist that alternates slower, walking pace songs with faster songs that you can run to. So, it's starts out with walking to Waka Waka (Shakira), followed by running to Ring-a-Ling (Black Eyed Peas), then walk to Hot-n-Fun (N.E.R.D.) ... etc. And you all should know by now that I love football, and the World Cup - so I had to put 2 of the official songs on this playlist as my final farewell (Waka Waka and Game On).
And thanks to everyone for rating the workout playlists and songs on the site. It's been a MAJOR help to know what everyone likes (and doesn't like)!

Music: Dance || Workout: Elliptical.
Once again, the elliptical machine and I are BFFs and running is on the outs. That means - time to get together a fresh new elliptical workout playlist! I'm still rocking Major Lazer (since last year), and I can't believe Pon De Floor, is the only one I put on playlists. That situation had to be remedied pronto so Hold the Line (actually on Summer Juice from last year) and Mary Jane are in the house. There's a bunch more stompers on this Bouncy House playlist - so listen and enjoy!
Oh - and check out the new rating feature at the below. I need some feedback people! I know you are all out there, listening, checking out the playlists - but y'all are a quiet bunch, and I sometimes wonder if it's worth the effort. And one more thing - hasn't this World Cup been the most exciting EVER! Love seeing Maradona coaching - so sorry Argentina got kicked out - and yo, I'm still mourning Ghana's loss - what a thrilling game.
