Music: Hip Hop || Workout: Weights.
Put this workout playlist on and freaking zone out in the gym. It's that serious! We ain't playing around herrr (not a typo) and neither should you! It doesn't matter what weight you lift, as long as you do the best that you can. And that's why there's a lot of grunting at the gym - people are doing the damn thing! I've never understand why there's bitching about guys (in particular), making noises when they lift weights! It's not like it's the library, so stop being a hater! ... Umm, but, back on topic - I think this playlist is THE business, but let me know what you think by rating it below!

Music: Pop || Workout: Running.
Clearly I'm in a "running" frame of mind these days - hence all the running workout playlists (the other day, I was all about elliptical workout playlists). To listen to the songs, I'm providing a widget from MixPod instead of the usual Grooveshark, because unfortunately Grooveshark has been acting crazy for the last few days. Sigh - I so miss iMeem.com which used to host the playlists - then they got taken over by MySpace and everything disappeared. I hope that doesn't happen to GShark.
Something to think about: "You can do what you have to do, and sometimes you can do it even better than you think you can." Jimmy Carter.

Music: Pop || Workout: Running.
I slacked off a little on the workout playlists - but my brother's wedding & a 3 week long visit by the parental units has been eating up my spare time. BUT I'm making time for the workouts and following my weekly workout plan as best I can. Yesterday I did a fantastic 5K run on the treadmill to this workout playlist, so I knew it was worthy of being shared here on IntheGym.net.

Where did the first half of the year go?! It's crazy how time seems like it's flying sometimes, and I know for me, I know the 1st half of the year could have been better. I'm still not as consistent with my workouts as I would like to be. So for the next month, August, I'm doing a 31 days of Working Out Challenge - I'm working out every damn day! It's going down, as 8Ball & MJG say on the first song of this workout playlist (more details later). Speaking of which - this is another insane mix. I know it's a little hardcore - but it's for the weights room where it's supposed to be intense. The common theme is "Doing" not Talking - and not worrying about other people ... or not worrying about other people worrying about you. Check out the songs below, and don't forget to rate it too, so I can know what's working for you guys and what's not!

Music: Dance || Workout: Interval.
This playlist is for an interval treadmill workout - but not the walk, run, walk, run type like All In Workout Playlist. This is more the "run fast, faster, slower, faster, slower, faster" type. It starts out with a slower pace song, Mojito Song (Robert Abigail), then speeds up with Pull Up (Groove Armada), slows down a little with Just Let Go (Reina), speeds up again with On the Dancefloor (David Guetta), then slows down, speeds up and so on.
This workout playlist is seriously banging, so check out the Grooveshark playlist below - sorry there are a few songs missing at the end, so you need to head over to iTunes to get the rest - you won't be sorry - I promise! And don't forget to rate it below too.
