I haven't used my Nike+ in months, but I found it (somehow got lost between 2 moves) and fell in love all over again. As I logged in today to add my latest/ first run in a long time, I noticed they had a free download of a coached workout from with the All American Rejects called All American Speed.
This is a short 20 minute coached run. After 5 minutes of warm-up jog, high knees and kick butts, it's 15 minutes of intervals alternating fast sprints and a slower recovery pace. Get it while you can at Nikeplus (no registration required).
