StrongLifts.com is THE place to go to learn about strength training & conditioning. Medhi works out hard and likes his music pumping hard too. Here's a mini-interview with Medhi about working out to a beat:

1. Medhi, What's your workout routine like?
I do strength training using barbells, which involves exercises like the Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press & Power Clean.

2. Do you always listen to music during your workouts?
Music is always playing & it's playing hard. I workout in my home gym so it's ok.

3. Do you find that listening to music helps you during working out?
The music builds energy/ aggressiveness I need for strength training.

4. What is your favorite type of music?
Music from the clubs I go to. Club/ House kind of music.

5. Any favorite artists or bands that you like to listen to?
I like mixes from Dj Marko from LaRocca.
