Best of the Best in Workout Music: The 2008 ROCK Edition

Workout Music PlaylistThis compilation of The Best of the Best in Workout Music for 2008 (Rock), is the result of me digging through the archives because of the demise of IMeem.com which was the host for all our playlists. These are ROCK songs that were put on playlists in 2008, (although the songs were not necessarily produced in 2008).

These represent MY favorites, and as you can see, I had a hard time narrowing it down to the usual 12 songs. Since I'm usually a hiphop girl, I found it funny that I had a problem making a small list of rock songs that I liked - just goes to show that one should always keep an open mind, as you never know where you might find pleasure.
