I felt like the torn ligament in my knee had gotten much better, so I decided to chance it with a spin class. Not only did the music suck, but my knee was clearly not ready to take on that kind of action. But the good thing that came out of this is that I was inspired to make a better spinning playlist. We start out fast, followed by a slower paced songs so you can feel the burn - and continues like that, alternating fast and slow songs.
Something to think about: "A healthy attitude is contagious but don't wait to catch it from others. Be a carrier." Anonymous.
