Music: Pop || Workout: Running.
I have to admit to being really overwhelmed with trying to fit in swimming, biking & running into an already packed schedule - and my running has been suffering. But, with 3 races over 7 days coming up - it was time to get some my music right and hit the treadmill. What do you when you need motivation? I register for races, read running blogs and see what other folks are DOING or listen to workout music.
