Music: Pop || Workout: Cycling.
Finally, 4 months into the year, I'm sticking to the schedule of workout playlists - 2 a week! When I made this playlist, I had cycling in my head, but after listening to it in it's entirety, I'm putting songs on my running playlist too. I'm crazy for Bass Down Low by Bev & The Cataracs (remember them from Club Love Remix with E-40 - Shocking Vibes Workout Playlist), and Sweat (Snoop Dogg) - that's for a really slow climb on the bike ... work it, work it out girl ... yes I've been randomly saying that for the past few days!
