I made this playlist after I had a particularly stressful day and it sure did the trick. I was in the zone when running and even made a personal best in miles. The right songs really make a difference when I'm working out. How about you?!

This list is ok, but the Pussycat Dolls - I Hate This Part?! Midway into my workout I sat down all depressed and started to cry!
