Music: Pop || Workout: Cycling.
This is a fun playlist that I made for a friend who teaches indoor cycling (spinning). It starts with a fast warm up song - and so it continues alternating fast and slower paced songs. It was designed for more of a hilly ride - no flat out sprint until Drummer Boy and Acapella, after which it's leg burning time again! Yes your legs should be jello after this ride. I also used this playlist for a treadmill workout where I alternated running with walking some seriously steep incline.
