Music: Pop || Workout: Running.
This workout playlist is for one of those easy run days. The music isn't very fast paced, but it's not too slow either - perfect for when you're going on an easy recovery run ... or when you're going on a "fun run" sans Garmin and all other gadgets - except your mp3 player of course!
And in case you haven't guessed it, I like listening to music, so let me tell you, Adele's latest album, 21, is so good. One of the songs, Rolling in the Deep, is on this playlist - but her album (and that voice!) is one you should check out stat! Play it with the volume low and the lights dimmed when you're in the mood to romance your significant other ... add a little wine and a back rub, and ... okay, okay, this isn't that type of website ... just saying ... check it out.
