Music: Rock || Workout: Weights.
I totally tripped out to this workout playlist while getting in an upper body workout. As much as I love to run to hiphop music, when hitting the weights, some hard rock with a strong bassline gets my blood pumping. After running 3 days straight (M, T, W), this playlist came in handy on Thursday when I wanted no part of cardio. And, a little off topic, I have my first 5K on Sunday ... I didn't know I would get so nervous before such a short race - but I totally am!
