It's winter where I am and so now is the time when I try extra hard to make workout playlists that are upbeats. Not only will they help keep me out at the gym, but I put music on when it's time to head out - to get me moving. This rock playlist is fantastic and great for both occasions.

You don't know how many sites I have been searching, looking for GOOD, new workout songs...I am sooo thrilled with this playlist! LOVE IT!!!
