Ready Set Go Workout PlaylistMusic: Rock || Workout: Running.

I have the hardest time making running playlists of rock music. But when I do, they are ALL songs that I love and can't get enough of, like Drive Me Insane (Billy Boy on Poison) and Bad Girlfriend (Theory of a Deadman) - which was first featured on the Rock With It Workout Playlist way back in 2008. Clearly, I'm having a Green Day moment, because there are 4 songs of theirs on this playlist - not intentionally! Also, although Summer's Day (Salvador Santana) is the cool down song on this playlist - it's a tune that I just can't get enough of (and oddly enough, I couldn't find it on iTunes). Enjoy!

Something to think about: "I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is over self." Aristotle.
