Music: Pop || Workout: Spinning.
These pop songs go great on a spinning playlist. After the first song warms it up, the 2nd one takes you into a sprint, with intervals (standing and seated climbs), followed by an intense climb for the 3rd song (the only really steep hill). After that every song has long stretches of flats interspersed with smaller hills (I like intervals, so every song can do 8 count standing/ seated).
