Best of the Best in Workout Music: The 2007 Techno Edition The songs are the best in dance, electronic, techno & house music from playlists in 2007. I called the category "Techno" but it represents all the forms of music mentioned above.

This was actually my favorite type of music to workout to that year - and the elliptical was my favorite form of cardio exercise, and the two went quite well together.
