This is one of those "get tight get right" playlists - the songs are funkified with a little extra Boost juice!! Fast & slow songs are alternated as is usual for the cycling playlists, but this is also good if you do a run/walk combo for your workout - in fact, that has been my modus operandi lately after coming back from surgery. My favorites on this mix are the slow songs, Make It Bun Dem by Damian Marley & Skrillex, and Bad Girls by MIA. Plus Quasar by Hard Rock Sofa for a fast beat ... but you now they are all killer.
