There's just a few more months left in the year, and no matter what's been going on in the past - it's not too late to finish strong!!! I hit all kinds of burn out the last 2 months, but I'm re-focusing big time now and trying to get it together. Join me yo - don't let me go it alone! And if this workout playlist doesn't motivate you to get your butt moving, then I don't know what will!!! Actually ... I do - another workout playlist from the archives - hehe - but check out the songs below, and you just might find something new to add to your own workout music. My favorites are Ayoba (Schlachthofbronx) because it's a nice funky intro that I play during my 5 minute warm-up - I may not stretch, but I warm-up like it's my job before every workout. I also like Turbulence (Laidback Luke & Steve Aoki) - it's an immediate energy boost.
