Music: Dance || Workout: Cycling.
I finally found an indoor cycling class instructor with some good music - most of the instructors at my gym seem to prefer oldies, but she had some contemporary songs. I was totally singing along and grooving, plus I was inspired to make a cycling workout playlist for this site. There are some ultra-slow songs so you can crank up the resistance and grind it out for a few minutes, before speeding it up again.
And, on another note, I just upgraded to iTunes 10, which has completely changed from iMixes - where you could find all the workout playlists - to "Ping" a sort of music social network. I have to re-upload all the older playlists (not sure if that's going to happen), and I'm still trying to figure out how to link to the new playlists I create - I "think" this is the link to the Shocking Vibes Workout Playlist on iTunes (will update later if it isn't).
