Oh sweat - check this workout playlist out! It's killer I'm telling you - a MONSTER freak-show (in a good way). It's starts out with a slow warm-up with Fun (Spice & Missy Elliott) - which is not on iTunes for some insane reason; the playlist builds in pace until in the middle you're freaking dominated by the music - you won't want to stop because it sounds too good to quit! If 12 songs not enough for you, add the songs from the Dripping Sweat Workout Playlist - just don't break the freaking machine by working it too much - and don't fall off by attempting to dance & workout at the same time - don't say I didn't warn you!!!
