Controlled Chaos Workout Playlist

Controlled Chaos Workout PlaylistMusic: Rock || Workout: Treadmill.

I have not been working out as much as I should, and after a fantastic weekend in Napa, CA, where much good food and wine was consumed, it's time to redouble my efforts to hit the gym. I made this playlist over the weekend, filled with fresh new rock songs (new to me anyhow). It helped get the blood going and kept me motivated during a very intense workout session at the gym. Enjoy!
